Member Agreement
By joining That Lady In The Woods - A Private Member Association and/or any website or Social Media Group started by, created by, or organized by the Association, I declare that (a) I am NOT a government agent, detective, or representative working to entrap or investigate someone and that (b) any item or service that I give money to is a donation for its creation and NOT a purchase. I agree to the terms and conditions of That Lady In The Woods – A Private Member Association, hereinafter “the Association”, A Private Member Association (PMA) in the Private Domain, as follows:
Objective
This Association of members declares that our objective is to lawfully and privately provide the Private Member Association Founder and all Private Members Association members with a safe platform in which to conduct all manner of private business and exchange between its members in a private domain guaranteed by Natural Law.
Principles & Values
We are guided by the following values:

We are a Private Member Association that acts for the benefit of its members community;

We are a private member association with Founder and Trustees overseeing its objectives;

Private means private! Everything stays within this community for the protection and benefit of all its members;

We have clear rules to govern the running of the association and self-governing of its members

Members are responsible for themselves, their own well-being, and to do due diligence before acting or making decisions for themselves and their families;

Funds raised through Membership Dues, donations and gifts go towards the maintenance of Association membership and any projects that is for the betterment of our membership;

We hold Annual General Meetings in January (or as soon as feasible thereafter) where all members are invited to share their thoughts and desires for the Association. Members are presented with the Leadership Team reports and those from various committee; the strategic plans for Association are presented and members input, advice and comments.
Rights & Freedoms
The Association operates under Natural Law and our members enter here as a man or woman with absolute rights and freedoms bestowed upon them by God/Creator/Universe. The Association declares that each member man and woman is exercising his or her right of freedom of association and right of self-determination and self-responsibility. The Association activities are restricted to the private domain and outside of the jurisdiction of any government entities, agencies, officers, agents, contractors, and other representatives.

A community to bring together men and women who wish to exercise their right to self-determination in regaining and/or maintaining their optimal health and well-being for themselves and their dependent sons and daughters
Dues and Exchange
All members must pay a due of $2 to join the Association. Members will be charged a due at the time of making an exchange, the due will be automatically applied at an exchange. No refunds will be issued on member dues.
At the discretion of the Leadership Team, donations/ exchanges for offerings can be in the form of cash, electronic payment, credit card or barter.
Members arranging for services or events with other members of this Association are entering into a private arrangement between themselves. These arrangements, are in the private domain, are outside the administrative responsibilities of the Association Executive.
Donation Refund Policy

Unopened or defective items will be accepted for refunds or exchange within 7 days of donation. The item must be returned in original packaging with proof of donation.

No refunds on donations will be issued for services rendered. Missed appointments or services cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will not be refunded.

No refunds will be issued for events, workshops, or classes. If members are unable to attend, they may transfer their ticket to another member.

Should the Association be unable to provide a service, event, workshop, or class the first course of action will be to reschedule to another date. In the event that a new date cannot be agreed upon, the Association will issue a refund to the member(s).
Member Qualifications

Minimum age requirement is 18 years of age.

Below 18 years of age will require the accompaniment of a trusted guardian (family member or appointed by their adult family Member) who is 18 years of age or older.

Have the intention to research, study and perform due diligence.

Must have the intention to interact in harmony and in peace with other private members of society and this Association.

Must have made a personal declaration to the Association, to follow its rules and principles by signing the Member Agreement and NDA.

Membership is non-transferable and is valid until revocation, cancellation or death.
Acknowledgement of Self-Responsibility
I understand that the fellow members of the Association that provide items, services, consultations and care, do so in the capacity of a fellow member and not in the capacity as a public person or licensed provider. I understand that within the Association all are equal member-member relationships. In addition, I have freely chosen to change my legal status as a public customer or client to a private member of the Association. I further understand that it is entirely my own responsibility to consider the advice and recommendations offered to me by my fellow members and to educate myself as the efficacy, risks, and desirability of same and the acceptance of the offered or recommended advice, treatment, and care is my own carefully considered decision. Any request by me to a fellow member to assist me or provide me with the any advice, treatment or care is of my own free decision in an exercise of my rights and made by me for my benefit. I fully agree to hold the founders, trustee(s), other members, and the Association harmless from any unintentional liability for the results of such care, except for harm that results from instances of a clear and present danger of substantive evil and upon the recommendation and approval of the Association.
Non-Disclosure Agreement
The herbal and natural items, consultations, services, workshops, and classes are offered to you as a member expressing your free will choice within the Association. All private information shared will remain confidential and private within, during and following this member agreement. No information is to be shared with or released to the public domain in any form without the expressed written permission from the Founder of the association. I acknowledge, comprehend and take full responsibility for my actions by consenting to this agreement. Should I break this agreement, I recognize that my member benefits and participation in the Association may be terminated.
Termination
Members of the Association and any of its groups may be terminated by the Association Founders, Trustees, or their designate, at any time, should they conclude that a specific member is interacting with them, or any other members, in a way that is causing harm and fail to provide remedy for this harm.
Change of Capacity
I agree to join That Lady In The Woods - A Private Member Association under Natural Law, whose members seek to help each other achieve good quality of life. For the purposes of the Association, I voluntarily change my capacity from that of a public person to that of a man or woman. My activities with the Association are a private agreement that does not fall under the jurisdiction of the Local, Provincial/Territorial or Federal investigative or enforcement agencies. I fully agree not to pursue any course of legal action against a fellow member of the Association, unless that member has brought a proven harm against me and has failed to provide remedy.
Informed Consent
I enter into this agreement of my own free will without any pressure or coercion. I affirm that I do not represent any Local, Provincial/Territorial or Federal agency whose purpose is to regulate and approve products or services in the public domain, or to carry out any mission of enforcement, entrapment, or investigation. I have read and comprehend this agreement, and my questions have been answered fully to my satisfaction. I understand that I can withdraw from this agreement and terminate my membership in the Association at any time, and that my membership can be revoked if I engage in abusive, dishonest, violent, menacing, destructive, harassing, or nuisance behaviour towards any member of the Association. By accepting this agreement, I have sought sufficient education to determine that this is the course of action I want to take for myself. By entering into this agreement, I am giving informed consent to be a member. These pages consist of the entire agreement for my membership in the Association.
Agreement Statement
This paperwork serves as a private agreement, which began the date of my joining That Lady In The Woods – A Private Member Association. I declare that by joining this Association and/or the Associations websites and/or social media group(s), I have carefully read the whole agreement and I comprehend and agree with it.
