About Jennifer
Jennifer Kavanagh is a Master Herbalist and the founder of That Lady In The Woods, a small-batch herbal practice rooted in physiology, plant wisdom, and personal responsibility. She grows many of the herbs she works with and formulates her remedies intentionally, with deep respect for the body’s innate intelligence. Through her clinical training and hands-on experience, Jennifer has seen firsthand that many women are attempting to correct hormones, digestion, and energy without first addressing nervous system regulation and metabolic stability. Her work focuses on restoring safety within the body, stabilizing blood sugar, and building long-term resilience rather than chasing symptoms. Jennifer teaches in a grounded, accessible way that prioritizes education and sovereignty, equipping women with the understanding and tools they need to make confident decisions about their health long after working with her.
