A favourite folk remedy believed to relieve congestion in the lungs and chest. Black mustard seeds are the star of this remedy because when water is added to them it generates a heat that aids in circulation and warming the body.
Simply mix a little water with 1-2 TBSP of the mustard paste and apply on the provided soft flannel gauze. 
Then gently lay the paste and gauze on the skin and place a warm towel and heating pad on top to let it work on the chest for 15 minutes.
When complete, wash the area, put on warm pajamas, and relax in bed with a warm cup of tea!
The flannel gauze can be washed and reused.
